Dr. Moore considers herself an Arizona “yo-yo” native. She was born in Arizona but moved around a lot due to her father’s military career. As an adult, she has also moved around a bit but she keeps coming back to her home, Arizona. She completed her undergraduate education in Hawaii on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. After graduating, she worked in the conservation field for an environmental consulting company. Her love o f animals eventually led to study veterinary medicine at Ross University. She completed her clinical studies in Oregon, and she has been practicing in Arizona since 2008. She loves interesting medical cases and strives to work with and educate pet “parents” in order to provide the best possible care for their furry loved ones. She currently has a full house with her kids (both the furry kind and the people kind) and her husband. She is an avid reader, especially fantasy fiction and is a fan of Marvel Comics and Joss Whedon’s “Firefly”.
